Applications and information about the second Asia-Oceania Kyudo Seminar is now being sent out to IKYF member federations.
Note the special guests section says non IKYF federations require “consultation”.

Fees for Participation
JPY10,000 (Seminar participation fee)
- Fees for participation in Nagoya Special International Shinsa are payable separately
- Transportation costs to the venue (arrangements for roundtrip plane tickets), accommodation during the
seminar, and meals are the responsibility of the participant.

Applications for Participation
The required items should be filled in on the prescribed application forms (Excel files) and submitted by the
affiliated country/ association by email to the address below.

Accommodations
Arrangements for either of the two requested accommodations can be made.
If arrangements for accommodation are required, please note this on the application form for the seminar and
submit this as done with the participation form.
- Arrangement for accommodation A – Nippon Gaishi Sports Plaza Kenshu To: 60 places are available (Please
refer to the separate form)
- Arrangement for accommodation B – Nagoya Kasadera Washington Hotel Plaza: 30 places available (Please
refer to the separate form)

The participants consent to the use of information taken from the application forms to be used for inclusion in
the following documents.
1) The participant register for the seminar and related documents (name, affiliated country/ chapter, age,
acquired Shogo and date of acquisition, acquired Dan I and date of approval, and related items).
2) The report related to the seminar in the Federation publications (Federation magazine, etc.) (name,
affiliated country/ chapter, acquired Shogo and Dan I)
